UConn junior forward O’Brian White has won the 2007 Missouri Athletic Club Hermann Trophy, recognizing the top player in men’s division I college soccer.

Florida state junior Mami Yamaguchi, also a forward, took the women’s award.

Wake Forest's Marcus Tracy is Solid, Valentin Bleeds and OSU Reflects
CARY, N.C. - Marcus Tracy is a dream-spoiler for the Ohio State Buckeyes. But for his team, Wake Forest, he’s a hero. Tracy led the Demon Deacons to a College Cup Championship with three goals and one assist in two games. He fueled the team to a 2-0 win over Virginia Tech and then a 2-1 win vs. Wake Forest. And it could have been 3-1. He’s a special player.

In just the 13th minute of play Roger Espinoza blasted a short ball into the net for a 1-0 lead over Wake Forest. But in the second half, things turned into a Wake Forest show as the Demon Deacons earned a 2-1 win.
